Sensei Mayra Dearie Borquez
Sensei Mayra Dearie started karate in 2005. She became a co-owner of Dearie Karate Studio in 2010. She is a sensei specializing in teaching Limalama forms, as well as having plenty of competitive experience.
In 2022 Sensei Mayra had the opportunity presented to become an official certified judge for the World Association of Kickboxing Organization (W.A.K.O.) She is quickly becoming an expert in the different kickboxing modalities and learning the rules of the sport. She has combined her knowledge as a martial artist and the skills of being a judge to help the students follow all of the rules/requirements of the tournaments.
